Third-Party Hardware Components & Trademark Notice

The Ark Citadel and Ark Node systems integrate unmodified, commercially purchased third-party hardware components, including:

• Apple Mac mini (M4/M5 series) — The transparent Lexan viewport is intentionally designed to keep the Apple logo fully visible in compliance with the First Sale Doctrine (17 U.S.C. § 109) and to avoid any implication of reverse passing off under the Lanham Act.
• CalDigit Thunderbolt hubs/docks (including Element series) — Used for high-speed PCIe-over-Thunderbolt connectivity.
• OWC Express 1M2 (or equivalent) NVMe enclosures — Used for the isolated high-performance storage stack.

These components are used solely to identify the genuine, unmodified hardware incorporated into our custom-engineered Faraday-cage briefcase and storage systems.
